▪ Extensive use of postman tool to test complex external and internal API’s.
▪ Automating postman collections, mocking responses, great understanding of variable scoping, auth types, writing pre-request scripts to obtain bearer token. Testing using csv, json, pdf files.
▪ Extensive use of Cypress framework to automate our UI and API’s. Use of custom commands, intercepting XHR network requests, use of fixture data.
▪ Establish and communicate QA standards, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring junior QAs understand and adhere to them.
▪ Use of Mocha, chai, moment, faker, mysql, mochaawesome, libraries.
▪ Use of Docker to containerise Cypress and use in our Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.
▪ Extensive use of GIT to deploy feature branches to production after passing the pipeline.
▪ Extensive experience in Sprints/Kanban style of working. Working in agile environment following all ceremonies.
▪ Creating and maintaining test automation scripts, using framework like WebdriverIO for our mobile automation, using BDD cucumber format. Using cypress framework for web application.
▪ Creating page object model design patterns in WebdriverIO, for developers to reuse.
▪ Executing completed e2e tests on BrowserStack, ensuring all functionality is working as expected on all lowest supported mobile devices.
▪ Working very closely with other mission teams to ensure quality checks are embedded in our CI/CD process, our e2e tests jobs has to pass in order for any PR’s to be merged.
▪ Participating in all scrum ceremonies, adapting and working in agile environment, participating in 3 amigos sessions to better identify bottlenecks and provide QA solutions.
▪ Working very closely with the product team and business to implement automated e2e function and non-functional test coverage cases, capturing our manual regression using TestRail.
▪ Test automation using WebDriverIO with Appium, using Mocha & Chai.
▪ Testing FE & BE tickets on PR's, before merging to master.
▪ Exploratory testing on alpha-releases, reporting & tracking front-end & back-end bugs using Jira.
▪ POC for Mettle UI mobile testing, using WebdriverIO with Appium using BDD (Cucumber) tool.

▪ Extensive use of SQL wrote and ran advanced queries to retrieve data from several databases.
▪ UAT, E2E, Functional, System, Integration and regression testing was conducted.

▪ Performed cross-browser testing on BrowserStack & iOS, Android devices for mobile testing.
